A visit to the Butlers Chocolate Experience in Clonshaugh is a real treat for adults and children alike. There’s lots of interesting things to learn about how chocolates are made, from the cocoa bean right through to being packed in beautiful gift boxes to be shipped all over the world.

Interactive Mini Chocolate Factory

For all budding chocolatiers and chocoholics, a visit to our interactive mini factory is a must. See up close some of the areas you will have seen on the factory floor and try your hand at decorating – you can even bring your own decorated chocolate home!

School Tours / Birthday Parties

Butlers Chocolate Experience is the ideal place for a school tour or to host a birthday party. It is both educational and fun for children and sure to be something they will remember and cherish. These
need to be booked in advance, please contact us for further details.

Butlers Chocolate Experience

We are delighted to announce that we will be running chocolate tours on Saturday mornings at 11am for the month of October starting Saturday 1st October.

We will also be open on Saturday mornings for the Christmas period commencing Saturday the 26th November for a 4 week period up to and including Saturday the 17th December.

Opening Hours

Butlers Chocolate Experience is open from Monday to Friday, for guided tours only. Guided tours run daily at 11am and 2.30pm, subject to availability and MUST be booked in advance. Group tours also must be booked in advance.

Christmas Opening Hours for the Christmas Holidays

We will be open from Monday the 19th December to Friday the 23rd December inclusive with 3 tours daily.  We will reopen on Wednesday the 28th December, Thursday 29th & Friday the 30th.

Normal opening hours will resume from Tuesday the 3rd January.

Birthday Parties

Birthday parties & group visits can be booked daily at 3.30pm.
